How to get details of all users of a particular outlook shared Inbox using dev API?

Other CRMs like Front, HubSpot, Zendesk, etc. provide dev API to get the list of all the users connected to a particular inbox. Does Outlook provide this functionality?

    Not sure about a particular Inbox but I found one which can return all the users linked to a particular outlook account.
