Dell Command Updates v5.1.0 - Show not applicable to all devices that I pushed

I am trying to push Dell command updates through Intune. I tested on few machines individually by adding those machines and it worked fine and it was successfully. But, when I pushed it to all devices it is showing as Not Applicable. Any reason why it would do this?

    @John Francis,Thanks for posting in Q&A.

    From your description, I know you have tested Dell command updates on few machines, and they worked successfully, but they showed Not Applicable when you pushed it to all devices.

    Based on my researching, I find that there are some reasons that may cause the problem.

    1.The devices may already have the latest update installed.

    2.The devices may not be compatible with the updates you are trying to install.

    To resolve the issue, you can try some steps below.

    1.Check the device compatibility and minimum requirements for the updates you are trying to install.

    2.Verify that the devices are not already up to date with the latest update.

    3.Check the IME logs for any errors or warnings that may indicate why the updates are not applicable. Location: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Logs

    Please try above information, if there is any update, feel free to let me know.

    Hey John

    Can you please check these steps?

    1. Device Compatibility: Dell Command updates may be specific to certain Dell models or hardware configurations. If a device does not match the specified criteria for the update, it will be marked as "Not Applicable."
    2. Existing Updates: If a device already has the required update installed or it is already up to date, Intune will label it as "Not Applicable" because there is no need for the update.
    3. Different Dell Models: Ensure that the Dell Command updates you are pushing are compatible with the models of the devices in your fleet. Check if any models in your environment are not supported by the update, leading to the "Not Applicable" status.
    4. Deadline or Schedule: If you have set a future deadline for the update deployment or scheduled it to install at a specific time, devices may initially show as "Not Applicable." Devices will only change their status once they reach the deadline or scheduled time.
    5. Filtering or Targeting: Double-check the filters or targeting settings you applied when deploying the updates. Review the device groups or specific conditions defined for the deployment to ensure they align with the target devices.
    6. Intune Sync Issues: Occasionally, Intune synchronization issues can cause incorrect status reporting. Verify that the synchronization between Intune and your devices is working correctly to avoid any miscommunications regarding update applicability.
