I want to log in to the security verification under My Account to update my security information. However, I am always prompted to enter the code displayed in Microsoft Authenticator, but I cannot bind my account in Microsoft Authenticator to receive the verification code.

I have two organizations associated with my account. After manually binding the account in Microsoft Authenticator, it defaults to binding with my other organization instead of the one I currently want to log in to. As a result, I am unable to receive the verification code in Microsoft Authenticator.

What should I do in this situation? How can I log in to My Account to update my security information?

Microsoft Authenticator
