Replace double quotes appear in starting and ending of each row

Hi All,

I am creating a pipe-delimited file by combining two sources within the ADF dataflow. I've successfully executed the join and obtained the necessary dataset. However, when generating the file, I've noticed double quotes appearing at the beginning and end of each row. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

Hi @Jaganath Kumar ,

I notice you have the Quote character set to Double quote("). Could you try changing it to None?

Thanks for your recommendation. I get this if i set Quote Character to 'None'.

Any other recommendations are welcome.

Jaganath Kumar , Kindly select 'None' in escape character too and see if it removes the backslash . Kindly accept the answer if it helped. Thankyou

@AnnuKumari-MSFT In Data Factory, you are required to specify at least one escape character; the option to select "None" as an escape character is not allowed.

Hi Jaganath Kumar , Apologies for delay in response. "Escape char" can be set to "None" only when quote character is "none".

When escapeChar is defined as empty string, the quoteChar must be set as empty string as well, in which case make sure all column values don't contain delimiters.
