Good morning,

We have a problem with MS Teams in our company. The problem applies to all devices that have been forced to use the new Teams at the policy level in Intune. The situation is such that there is such a vicious circle. The new Teams works fine for a while, then after a few days it returns to the old Teams and the following error begins to appear when system boots: po rozruchu

from now on you can't join meetings and the following pops up appear:

nie mozna dolaczyc

It is also impossible to switch Teams to the new version, which is indicated by the following message:

teams error

There have been many attempts to remove all Teams from the control panel and Windows settings, deleting settings from appdata\local and appdata\roaming. After cleaning and fresh installation, the new Teams works fine for a while, or as I wrote, after a few days the problem returns again. I will also add that the c:\programfiles\windowsapps folder had errors in the security settings, but I tried to repair something there and it didn't help - unfortunately, I don't have a screenshot of what it looked like before...

Please help me.

Best regards

    Hi @Patrycjusz Goniowski

Are users within your organization experiencing the same issue using the Teams web client?

If the Teams web client is running properly, we assume you are having some issues installing Teams for your Teams users.

Please refer to Troubleshooting installation issues in the new Teams client to see if the issue is resolved.

Hello, I'm leaving it here for others with similar problems. In our company we used a workaround to use Skype and Teams in parallel and to load statuses in the office from Skype, not from Teams. We changed the value of IDefaultIMApp to Lync in the HKCU\Software\IM Providers key with a script and revoked permissions to this key for all users as in the screenshot:

Couse of that we had problem with New Teams starting.
