I recently changed my contact number on Outlook profile and i am not able to register for the AZ-900 exam. It does not allows me to create a profile giving error that my contact number is incorrect.

How do I contact Microsoft Support I am unable to register for AZ-900 exam. I recently updated my contact number on the Outlook profile and I get error while registering for exam that my contact number is invalid, although it is correct.
