Can not schedule my exam from my dashboard to Pearson Vue

Since September 17th, If I go to My Learning Dashboard and try to Schedule Exam with Pearson Vue it does not connect. I get the following from The Microsoft Learning Dashboard:

We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:

I've called Pearson Vue several times, and they say that they do not have a profile on file for me. This would indicate that Microsoft is not able to communicate somehow with them. This has been going on for 46 Days and not resolution. I've tried the forum and no resolution36798-error-after-i-click-schedule-exam.png.

    MVA learning is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here.
