Hello,
The "Default" setting in the Bluetooth settings of Windows Server is designed to show only the most commonly used Bluetooth devices, such as keyboards, mice, and headsets. On the other hand, the "Advanced" or "Details" setting will show all available Bluetooth devices, including those that are not commonly used.
If you want to have a device detected when using the "Default" setting, you can try the following steps:
- Make sure that the device is turned on and in pairing mode.
- Go to the Bluetooth settings in Windows Server and click on "Add Bluetooth or other device".
- Select the type of device you want to add and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.
- If the device is not detected, try turning it off and on again, or resetting it to its factory settings.
Best Regards,
Hania Lian
