Hello,
We have the following error message : 0x80244007 or 0x80244010 on Windows server 2019 Standard when we try to "Check for update"
The WSUS Serve is on DMZ and the other machines can synchronize correctly.
We have already :
Modify WID of WSUS to delete the limite for updates
Modify the config file of WSUS fore more updates and WSUS pool
If anyone have an idea ?
Thank you in advance for your feedback.

2024-01-12T07:21:05.43+00:00 Hello, You use WSUS to deploy software updates to computers in your organization. When a WSUS client computer scans for updates on the WSUS server, check the error message in the WindowsUpdate.log file on the client computer. Meanwhile, few steps below you could have a try. Reset the WSUS Client: To reset the WSUS client, stop the Windows Update service, delete the “SoftwareDistribution” folder located in the Windows directory, and then restart the Windows Update service. Re-register the WSUS Client: You can re-register the WSUS client by running the following command in the command prompt: “wuauclt.exe /resetauthorization /detectnow”. Check for Firewall Issues: Make sure that the firewall settings on the client machines and the WSUS server are not blocking the connection. Best Regards, Hania Lian
