Teams call queue SIP phone

Hello, We have a user who is a part of a call queue. The only device they are using is a Yealink T43U for Teams. They are not getting call queue calls, but can only be called by their extension directly. We have confirmed there is no configuration issue with the Teams tenant or the phone itself, and confirmed the user is in available status (CQ is ringall, presence based enabled). May we know if there is a dial code for the user to sign in to the queue, or if there are any further insights to this issue?
