Unable to access B2C tenant where MFA is blocking

Hi , I created AD B2C tenant and am the global admin for that tenant , recently I changed my phone and took the backup of authenticator app but few tenants came into the new phone directly while few showing in red color context with error symbol and also I am not getting any other option than MFA neither phone number nor email. How this can be achieved ? Meaning not getting any other options than these , and also I have tried it my account.onmicrosoft.com by changing the organizations to remove the authentication but it is not happening unable to enter into that organization like usual Microsoft entra .     Hello @Satya Rekapalli , in order to re-gain acces to your Azure AD B2C tenant as a Global Admin after being locked out due to MFA you will need to reach one of our business support numbers. In a future, to avoid facing the same issue consisder creating emergency access accounts.
