    Hello, From Windows aspects, you can give a try on task scheduler.

    1. Open Task Scheduler and create a task.
    2. Configure a trigger, it can be the regular health check activity outcome that you mentioned in the statement.
    3. Configure the action, you can create a script to change the IP registered in DNS Server and set it as the action.
