I need urgent support because currently I have a server and one vm hosted inside but however I need to backup to my RDX due to limitations of hyper v. I am unable to backup directly from my vm so I shared out the RDX drive from my physical server and on my backup software I mapped it there. Issue: Whenever I take out the tape and replace either new one or current one I would immediately lost access to the shared drive. OS running both Windows Server 2022 Permission: Was done correctly as I am able to access the first time but once take out and put back in I lost access. Error Message: Network error. Windows cannot access \IP. You do not have permission.

Hello When you plug or unplug a disk in the RDX backup system, the system may try to remap or reallocate resources, which may cause the mapped network drive to become unavailable. Try to remap the network drive on the server. Best Regards, Wesley Li
