Set up billing - Azure DevOps

I can't set up billing, When I choose the valid subscription and click SAVE, it does not update, it gives me an error. I already deleted the cookies and cache. This problem has been going on for more than 1 month and I still pay my bills regularly and I still can't access the paid users or anything. User's image

    the best option you have is to create a support request related to the billing (select Billing in the Issue type field).
