murali - Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble launching Azure Data Factory (ADF). Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
Check your browser compatibility: Make sure that you are using a supported browser for Azure portal. Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome web browser. Currently, Data Factory UI is supported only in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome web browsers.
Clear your browser cache: Clearing your browser cache can sometimes resolve issues with launching ADF. You can try clearing your cache and then attempting to launch ADF again.
Different browser: Try launching ADF Private Mode (New InPrivate Window) or different browser.
Try launching ADF from a different network: Sometimes network issues can prevent ADF from launching. You can try launching ADF from a different network to see if this resolves the issue.
OR
Try to launch ADF directly from Azure Data Factory Studio.
Go to the Azure Data Factory Studio and choose the Create a new data factory radio button. OR you can use the default values to create directly or enter a unique name and choose a preferred location and subscription to use when creating the new data factory.
If none of these steps help you resolve the issue, please do share the screenshot for further assistance.
For more details, refer to Quickstart: Create a data factory by using the Azure portal.
Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.
