We currently have an Azure subscription and most our services are running in Australia East region. We now need to replicate our application in China. How is it possible? From what I understand Azure China is an isolated environment. Can I just create another subscription within my account and setup it for China region or do I have to create a whole new Azure account to use it in China?

Igor Goldobin Azure global regions and Azure in China regions are physically disconnected. However, you can still connect subscriptions in Azure in China and Azure global regions through composite VPN site-to-site or ExpressRoute. You connect the subscription in the Azure in China region with your on-premises site and connect your on-premises site to your subscription in the Azure global region.
