I'm encountering an issue where I'm unable to select the P1MV3 tier of the Azure App Service Plan for scaling up my application. This particular option is not appearing when I try to adjust the scaling settings. To address this, I created a new App Service Plan with the P1MV3 tier in a new resource group. Despite this, the P1MV3 plan still wasn't available as a choice when I attempted to migrate some of my resources to this new plan. My operations are in the Southeast Asia region. Could anyone provide guidance or solutions to resolve this issue? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

@Jutichok Hannarong Thanks for reaching here! If you can't find P1mV3 or any of its options, or some options appear disabled, it means that the App Service deployment that hosts the App Service plan doesn't support Premium V3 or a specific SKU within Premium V3.

To use Premium V3, you may need to re-deploy your app if it runs in an App Service deployment or a region that does not support Premium V3 or its newer SKUs. You can choose one of these options:

    • Create a new resource group and a new App Service plan with the Premium V3 tier you want. This way, the App Service plan will be in a deployment unit that supports Premium V3 and its SKUs. Then, redeploy your app code to the new app. You can scale down or up the App Service plan as needed, as long as it stays in the same deployment unit.
    • Use the Clone app page to create an App Service plan with Premium V3 in your preferred region and clone the app settings and configuration you want. For details you may refer to this document as mentioned- [If you don't see P0V3, P1V3, P2V3, P3V3, P1mV3, P2mV3, P3mV3, P4mV3, and P5mV3 as options, or if some options are greyed out, then either Premium V3 or an individual SKU within Premium V3 isn't available in the underlying App Service deployment that contains the App Service plan. See Scale up from an unsupported resource group and region combination for more details.] Please let us know if further query or issue remains.
