We have created a 10$ budget one subscription in this case i have defined 3 noticafition like 10%, 20%, 90% in this case how many notification will come to email recipients ?

Hi, In this case 3 notifications will come but your limit is quite small and cost management data is calculate at different time frames. Different services post cost management data at different intervals and frequencies. Due to that do not expect that as soon as you hit 1$ you will get notification. It is possible by the time the cost data is available you could be way beyond even 10$. Source
