Have you found any error messages or unusual icons?
It's recommended to sign your account into OneDrive online both on you laptop and PC, open the documents to check whether the changes are synced successfully.
- If the changes are not synced to OneDrive cloud, please reset OneDrive on your laptop.
- If the changes are synced to OneDrive cloud, please reset OneDrive on your PC.
- To reset OneDrive, you may refer to 'https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/reset-onedrive-34701e00-bf7b-42db-b960-84905399050c".
