Hi @Michael DiCorato
Can you show your steps?
According to my testing in the Teams web client, when creating a reservation, you can send an email:
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I am attempting to enable text/SMS notifications through my Teams booking calendar, and I am unable to do so. When creating or editing a service, on the notification tab, "Enabled text message notifications for your customer" is checked off. However a message appears underneath that says "This feature requires a Teams Premium license. Contact a global administrator at your organization to request one." I have a Teams Premium (Trial) license that has been assigned to all my users (3 total). It has been over 24hrs since the licenses have been activated and assigned. I have checked in the Org settings, and the SMS option is enabled. I have looked through all other documentation and I cannot find any other instructions that explain what to do. I am not using Teams on the desktop, this is only being used through the web browser and I have tried logging out and clearing my cache with no success.

Hello,
I had a similar problem with Teams Premium and according to the Microsoft Learn pages this feature is not available outside US, Canada and UK. This was also confirmed by a Microsoft support engineer on the 4 August 2024.
