Email aliases not reachable by non-Outlook email platforms

I added 2 aliases to my and other employees' email accounts within Azure. While I can send email to those aliases from my existing Outlook account, I cannot when I try to email those aliases from another email platform, like GMail; they all bounce back. It has been over 72 hours so propagation should not be an issue. Any insight on how to ensure these email address boxes are fully functional is appreciated

Hello James, if you do a exchange message trace, do you see the incoming messages? that should show details of why it failed. Also, the NDR you get on the other platform should show a fail code and a explanation of the failure.
