I didn't understand how to use it, the interface design concept of the system was too abstract, really abstract, and I gave up. However, after I logged in to azure today, I found that my previous creation generated a lot of costs, the problem is that I did not use it at all, in my understanding, the gpt interface is not billed per volume? Why does it incur costs when it is not used? I don't understand... In my use of the process can not be intuitively clear to see this point, because I am in the deployment of openai model in this entry, why the difference? Then, when I asked for support, I found I couldn't get in touch with the engineer.... To get in touch, you need to subscribe to the support program.... So what do I do? Can it be? I agree with some of your points, its completely evolving and Microsoft is adding up a lot of user-friendly features and steps based on the valuable feedback from customers like you. I hope it will be easy adoption for all new users soon.

    Regarding your billing clarifications, yes you would need a proper support program model to reach out to them or to raise a support ticket. Fortunately, you can now create billing support request and you don't require a paid support plan for this. This can be done through azure portal and is free for all azure customers., please try with the below link and let me know.
