    Hi Jeonghan,

    Try leaving the organization:

Leave an organization as an external user

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/external-id/leave-the-organization

You can usually leave an organization on your own without having to contact an administrator. However, in some cases this option won't be available and you'll need to contact your tenant admin, who can delete your account in the external organization. This article is intended for administrators. If you're a user looking for information about how to manage and leave an organization, see the Manage organizations article.

Hi @Jeonghan Lim , Thanks for reaching out.

Based on the error message you provided, it seems that you don't have permission to access the resource you're trying to reach. This could be due to your previous use of the NYCDOE service.

To determine whether any Azure Conditional Access Policies pertain to you and your account, you may need to contact your administrator to grant you access to the Azure portal.

If you do not want to access to NYCDOE, then as @Dillon Silzer suggested you can leave the NYCDOE organization by your own by signing into to https://myaccount.microsoft.com or https://myaccount.microsoft.com?tenantId=ab123456-cd12-ef12-gh12-ijk123456789(in case of personal account) Select the Organization and look for NYCDOE and then select Leave.

If you are looking for something else, then please let us know to help you further. Hope this will help.
    Thanks,

    Shweta
