Deny assignments attach a set of deny actions to a user, group, or service principal at a particular scope to deny access. They block users from performing specific Azure resource actions even if a role assignment grants them access. Normally student/trial accounts should not cause this issue, their main purpose is to grant you enough privilege so you can try and exercise the services yourself. Are you sure you didn't set this deny role to the user you are trying from? Can you create the same resource in a new resource group and see if you are receiving the same error?
