Strip Down Edge functionality and features to the bare minimum

I'm working on a VM image that needs to be 'highly secure'. The user has no need to browse the internet. One of the required capabilities of this VM is to be able to display HTML pages. All of the HTML pages are hosted locally. Edge is clearly, capable of doing this AND that's all I need. I need absolutely nothing from Edge. Has anyone done group policy or could give me a good start on neutering Edge's capabilities ? On the otherhand, can someone suggest a good HTML document viewer ?

    Hi @Greg Bonk ,

As far as I know, there is no group policy to strip down Edge functionality and features to the bare minimum. If you only want to display HTML pages, you could consider Edge Kiosk mode. Please refer to Configure Microsoft Edge kiosk mode for more details. For a good HTML document viewer, you could search related info online and find the one that's right for you.
