Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your solution. Re-open file/windows explorer will refresh the file directory and it might be helpful.
How to proceed with File already exist (as per Save As Dialogue Message) but it is not there? do I need to verify with Windows Explorer before Saving?

My Use Case is when an update (occasionally) is required, I often may not be able to run automation immediately; my problem then becomes a file with correct name may be in a dedicated Network Drive Folder, but I am unsure whether it has been updated.
Since visual check is error-prone due to person names that I am not familiar with, rerun of my automation seems preferrable. However, this Network Drive Folder is not meant for my personal workspace, should I not minimize saving File actions? because each save will be recorded in the Previous Versions list (a Property of Network Drive Folder).
Is there a codeless solution to help above?
This hopefully helps those who needs to be careful about modifying Network Drive Contents.
My interim solution is whenever Dialogue Box does not seem to show latest Folder Content, I close and re-opens same Dialogue Box.
I believe:
(1) this is better than choosing to overwrite existing option suggested by Save As Dialogue Box which shows out-dated folder Information.
(2) future Windows Update will fix Save As Dialogue Box to show up to date Folder Information.
Maybe this is what others called "Skunk Work"?

When my automation runs monthly, I choose its output file to be in the Network Drive Folder rather than my local location because more often than not, there is no people changing jobs name (therefore update is very infrequent). Is there a codeless solution to help above?
