@Abhishek Saurabh Thanks for reaching out to us, it seems your subscription has been disabled, I will suggest you quick check with your admin in case they did it. If not, please feel free to contact Azure Support team and create a support ticket to enable it again, link is as below -

Billing and subscription management support is available to all Azure customers for free, once create a ticket, please let me know the ticket number so that we can track on it.
