Hello If your Azure account is disabled, it could be due to several reasons such as expired credit, reaching your spending limit, an overdue bill, hitting your credit card limit, or the Account Administrator canceling the subscription. Here are the steps to reactivate your Azure subscription:   Sign in to the Azure portal. Go to Subscriptions and then select the disabled subscription. Select Reactivate. If you’re unable to reactivate your subscription through these steps, you may need to contact Azure Support.   Please note that if your subscription was a Free Trial or Visual Studio Enterprise, it might have been disabled to protect you from accidentally incurring charges for usage beyond the credit included with your subscription. In such cases, you might need to upgrade your subscription or remove the spending limit.   If your account was disabled due to suspicious activity, you’ll need to contact Azure Support to resolve the issue. If Azure can’t reactivate your account, you might need to consider creating a new account and transferring your data.
