Various website not loading when using ARR

I have set up an environment with 2 ARR servers and 3 backend IIS servers. I created a catchall rule that redirects all the websites to my internal website. I am doing SSL offloading on the ARR servers. ARR servers use shared configuration, and backend IIS servers also use it. I have ten websites hosted on the environment. One of those sites is not loading when accessed from the ARR environment. I did various tests. When accessing the site directly on all the IIS servers and bypassing IIS, the website works without issue. When I do an FTR on the website, I notice that the request is sent from ARR, but the IIS server never replies. The IIS server does not complete the request. I was thinking about a timeout issue, but the site never completed loading, even after ten minutes. Another website, when tried to access from the ARR environment, does multiple redirections but never ends up on the correct page. When accessing the website from IIS, the redirection in the website works as expected. Indeed, for that website, the first request from ARR is sent to the root of the website and is supposed to be routed to a login page from there. It works fine when accessing the site directly on the IIS server but not when the request comes from ARR. I am not a developer, so I can't really change a lot on the websites, but I do manage the environment.
