We have a SQL Managed Instance and can connect just fine to the public endpoint from the office. We work from home and use a VPN to access the office network. When on this VPN, we are unable to connect to the public endpoint in SSMS for our managed instance. What options do we have to connect to the managed instance while we work from home using our VPN so we can also connect to the office?

@Tim Cavins It Looks like a firewall/network appliance blocker - that is not an MI Issue I'd suggest you work with your networking team

The only other thought - did you specify allowing traffic from specific networks and if so is that impacting when you come in from VPN.
