Notice an API endpoint is published using Azure Developer Portal which contains keyword of our company name which we guess it is created under the developer's own Azure API Management Developer Portal account. Is there anyway to find out who is the author / owner of this API?

Just to clarify, can you elaborate on how author/developer contact is defined for each API (based on tags, subscription approval or something else)? It is also good to know about how company name is defined or shown in the developer portal like screenshot.
