My account keeps getting blocked.

can microsoft tell myself why ,they always lock myself from my hotmail account,and my other account ,always giving myself other account that i don`t used or do not wanthed

and sorry microsoft but if it continue to be block from your compagny on my account i will have to make an conplaint too fcc ,in communication on mail account cause since your always blocking myself ,on my account for no reason ,by saying that there is someone else that are sending bad thing too other thru my account ,am sorry if you can not see more to your own problem on the net or that hackers are bether then you microsoft thing you in advance if you see any problem on this writing ,that is ,well am french ,off origine from canada

    My account has been blocked twice now, with the window asking me if I was the one making changes. Is this going to happen every time I change my password, it is extremely frustrating being blocked from my account for no reason then being asked who I recently sent emails to..which I obviously can't as my account is blocked? The first time it was blocked I went through the whole process of providing information to have my account blocked..the second time the information I sent was not enough? Please rectify this asap as I have had this account for well over 13 years and have never had these problems..I have also had no security problems that could not be rectified by changing my password.Since it is recommended that passwords are changed regularly I do not look forward to having my account constantly blocked!!! Thankyou for your speedy consideration!
