    Hi,

Windows 10 Long-Term Servicing Channel (LTSC) does not support upgrades through Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) or Software Update Point (SUP).

We could deploy the Package or Task Sequence to patch the devices via SCCM.

LTSC is essentially like going back to the old way of Windows XP > Windows 7 or Windows 7 > Windows Vista or Windows Vista > Windows 8 scenarios..... completely new operating systems and must be done manually if done through an in-place upgrade (or imaging). LTSC is not meant to be upgraded continuously - it is meant for those systems that need stability for specific jobs. Microsoft has mentioned a few times in the past - if Office needs to be on the computer, it should not be LTSC.
