How to get my AZ-900 certification ?

I have given my AZ-900 certification and cleared the examination. But i could not find my certification with the account i registered with, i even checked with other accounts i have, but nothing seems to work. Also, i tried the certifications dashboard and the certification ID, but not able to get it. My certification ID: 996062796 Note: I gave my exam with Pearson Vue(online mode)
