Unable to install SQL Server. Exit code (Decimal): -2068052310

Hello, I'm having issues installing SQL Server, I had a version before installed on C but I deleted since I need it to be on D: and now I'm getting this error, here is the detail file Thank you.

    Try to apply the solution mentioned in this thread I think you are facing the same issue :

    SQL Server 2019 installation failed with 2068052310 Exit code

    Please check if this ODBC Driver exists in the control panel -> uninstall program page, if yes, please uninstall it and the failed installation SQL Server, then reinstall SQL Server as administrator, if the installation still fails, please manually Download ODBC Driver for SQL Server
