The border of the unfocused window is also highlighted as similar to focused window.

Question

When we open 2 or more Microsoft edge windows, All will be having same border structure.
Even the unfocused window border will be in highlighted as that of the focused window border. Is this a expected behavior?

Do you mean the focused window is the same as unfocused windows when hovering over it on the desktop taskbar?
Based on my test, it seems that other applications have the same behavior. So, it's related to the Windows feature if you are using Windows OS, not something that Edge can control. I think this is an expected behavior on Windows.

From the screenshots, you mean the outline appearance is the same, right?
I have tried it on the Chrome browser, and the border structure of all windows is the same. I think this is an expected behavior.
Also, you can distinguish the focused window and unfocused window through the shading of the Tabs bar. You will see the focused window is darker than the unfocused window.
