I have deleted a vault key which was for Microsoft Learn project, at the moment, I can see the cost going up every hour, unable to stop charges. I have deleted the VM but I am unable to delete agent since the security features is not editable. I have now deactivated my subscription but I still see the charges going up every hour. Is there a way to escalate this to billing support since the wizard for initiating a ticket prevent you from doing so and just keeps on showing me suggestions to solve it User's image

    Hi @Basheir Hashim

Even though you suspended your subscription, you should still be able to create an Azure Billing support request. This is the most prudent course of action so a support engineer can work directly with you and provide the best possible solution. You can create an Azure Billing support request by following these steps: ...

    1. Sign into the Azure portal.
    2. Search for "Help + support" in the search bar.
    3. Select "Help + support" from the search results.
    4. Select "New support request".
    5. Select "Billing" as the issue type.
    6. Fill out the required information and submit the request.

Comment down below if you run into any issues with the above steps.
