Run through the guide: https://www.ajtek.ca/wsus/client-machines-not-reporting-to-wsus-properly/ Start at the top, running the Client side script and then continue down if you still have issues. It's a very thorough and thought out process to troubleshoot. Let me know how it goes.

Dear team, I have been facing an issue with wsus server . Few of the wsus clients are showing not reported status more than a month . Troubleshooting steps performed .
- Checked the registry entry for wsus server in client machines and it is there as expected.
- Able to telnet from client to server over port 8530 Can any one please help here.
