About MS exam internet requirement

Hi all,

Sorry to post on this channel, not sure where I should go regarding exam related questions.

I have checked in an exam yesterday morning (03/11/2020 AEST), was told that it is not allowed to use WiFi hotspot after waiting for almost 30 mins, and was told by the proctor that she cannot see through my camera. Everything passed the system test previously and on the date of exam.

Not sure what is really required in terms of internet connection, please kindly advise, I am not sure if it is absolutely necessary to sign up for internet service just for taking exams. It could very much turn out to be some other issues that has nothing to do with internet connection at all.
