Hello, According to the CBS.log, it seems that system files has failed. .NET Framework update need to be installed and try to install the latest update to check. Type "winver" in search bar to view your system OS version. Then check the update history webiste below find which update is the latest one. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/windows-10-update-history-0d8c2da6-3dba-66e4-2ef2-059192bf7869 Then download the update from Update Catalog website and install the update manually. https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx Also try to search .net framework 4.8 update from Update Catalog website to install.
