A person who is also an administrator reinstalled Teams via her computer and now if I attempt to read messages she is sending me, I receive an error message telling me to log into a different Teams account. when I do so, the teams I created earlier are missing. How do I get the other Admin on my setup for Teams?

    Hi @Tom Garrow

Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message that asks you to log in to another account when you view the message?

According to your description, you cannot see the team you created before after logging into another account.

Was the team created by your previous account and the account you are currently logged into is not an owner or member of the team? If so, it is normal behavior for you to not be able to see the team, users can only see the team they are a member or owner of.

No. The problem has not been solved. we still cannot get the other person who has administrative permission on The Garrow Company account to be able to log into the admin center or to be able to log into our Teams Essential site.

If so, it is normal behavior for you to not be able to see the team, users can only see the team they are a member or owner of. We have a Teams Essential Account. Both I and another person (the one having access issues) are both Administrators in our Microsoft 365 Admin Center. I can access our Teams account and the two teams we have. The other administrator has the same permission via the Admin Center, but cannot get to our company's Team page and thus cannot see both teams and all the documents we have, pulse private channels. We do not understand what we need to change to have the other administrator get the right access.
