I had an exam scheduled through Pearson VUE at a local testing. Due to snow, the testing facility was closed and I received an email with a case ID stating I could reschedule my exam. I tried rescheduling my exam through Person VUE but the exam does not show in the programs list for their centers. I tried rescheduling through my Microsoft Learn profile but I do not have a link showing under my "Credentials". I tried scheduling a new exam but the system still has a reserved exam for me. How do I reschedule my exam?
