UPDATE: This issue has been resolved.

Azure Data Factory - Availability issue: Starting at 21:00 UTC on 22 Jan 2024, customers using ADF in West Europe, UK South, Switzerland North, Sweden Central, France Central will have service availability issues, including ability to access their ADF resources, perform any CRUD operations, and schedule pipelines.

As stated by Pradeep this was an intermittent error and the issue is resolved .
