    Thanks for reaching out.

    I repro the scenario and invite guest user from Azure AD B2C tenant and able to get the welcome mail along with the link to accept the invitation.

    Could you please check the below and confirm to help you further.

    1.Did you get any error while sending the invite

    1. Could you please check what is the B2B invitation status showing for your Guest user.

    3.Also, could you check and share the audit logs details if you are getting any failure there?
