I recently got a new iPhone and did not back up my authenticator data to the cloud on my old iPhone. I no longer have access to my old iPhone. My new iPhone has logged me out of outlook and when I try to sign back in, it redirects me to the authenticator app and asks me to put in my username and password there. Then it asks for an authenticator code. However, as I am already in the authenticator app, I can't see the code. Additionally, when I try to log into other microsoft applications on my laptop no code shows up in the authenticator app. Does anyone know what the problem here is and how to fix it? Have I been locked out of my microsoft account :(
