How to make myself a Global Admin to remove uninvited users who are labeled as admins to my personal computer AND so I can unlock my computer

Question

All of my Microsoft emails along with my Apple ID and iCloud accounts and emails are being forwarded to unauthorized persons with my personal information. My HP All-in-One is also being accessed without my consent and my identity has been stolen which is stopping me from going back to work from home as an Independent Contractor. My new Apple iPhone 15 Pro is also compromised and the only thing I have left to do is a factory reset to which I will loose all of the evidence that I have been collecting since March of last year. My previous Apple ID is the also being controlled by these same people. I am the one who locked the computer because it is owned by me. Yet I have seen it in two different locations in the past hour that are not my address. Anyone that can help please help. Thank you in advance.
