@Pascale Artaud Based on your region, contact our support - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2 where they will a create ticket and re-route the same to data protection where you have to validate your account details and after that you will get access to your tenant.
