Can I forward the newsletter exeternally outside of MIcrosoft?

I receive the Microsoft.Source newsletter as a Microsoft employee. I'm working with Indiana University - Kokomo's faculty on some training awareness topics. Is this a newsletter that can be forwarded externally as-is to connect that community to ongoing training opportunities OR is that newsletter (and the corresponding training courses) internal-only. Please advise. Thank you.

    Hi,

    In the newsletter there should be a disclaimer and information if it can be shared or if it is confidential you cannot share it out and check with your line manager before you share out.
