Windows 11 File Explorer closes immediately after opening. (Not Crashing)

After upgrading from Windows 7 to 10, anytime I try to open file explorer it opens then immediately closes. No matter the method used to invoke file explorer, it keeps closing. repair edge, repair Microsoft, edge browser reset, edge browser update, run cmd SFC and DISM, none of them resolves the issues.

    • Boot into Safe mode and recheck the issue. If it works there, the problem is likely caused by a startup program or shell extension. Download ShellExView. The ShellExView is a standalone executable. The ShellExView utility displays the details of shell extensions installed on your computer and allows you to easily disable and enable each shell extension.
    • Create a new user profile with same privileges and recheck the issue.
    • Perform a Clean Boot.
