Hello,
I changed my display name EVERYWHERE, but when I send message for someone like client, he receive message with old display name.
How can I fix this problem?
My plan is: Exchange Online 1

Did you try to change the display name from admin center or EAC?
admin center > Users > Active users > Manage contact information:
Then we have to wait for a while, and the display name will be changed successfully when check again:
